My Background

I have been involved with preparing tax returns since 2005 and have been licensed as a CPA in the State of Michigan since 2007. As a licensed CPA, I can represent you before the IRS or State taxing agencies should any issues arise. I have experience in the following industries: Service, Medical, Construction and Manufacturing.

I help individuals throughout the tax planning and preparation process. I will help you understand your tax return from top to bottom or if you aren't the inquisitive type, I will simply complete your tax return.

Seasoned Tax Professional - CPAs are required to undergo strict licensing guidelines which includes obtaining a minimum number of credit hours, passing a grueling standardized exam and work experience supervised by another CPA. Upon checking all of those boxes, the CPA license is granted by the State. CPAs are also required to obtain a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education on an annual basis. Employees of “strip mall tax chains” are paid by how quickly they can complete your tax return.
IRS and State taxing authority representation - We will work to minimize the chances of you being audited by a taxing authority. In the case you receive correspondence from the IRS or State, you will feel comfortable in knowing that I am licensed to represent you.
Year round presence - I am open longer than January through April. I am here on a year round basis to answer your inquiries and offer flexible appointments to accommodate your schedule.
